Talking to likeminded people is a proven way of reducing our stress, leading to a more relaxed and contented life.

Well Beings
We are a peer-support group that provides an environment where we can openly discuss our mental-health issues.

Our meetings are slightly structured, where we discuss relevant topics and explore coping techniques that have worked for some of us.
